1) Where do I sign up for classes?
It's easy to sign up for classes by clicking under the Let’s Paint! Button on the navigation bar. Once there, simply pick the month of your class, add it to the cart, and check out to complete your sale. Please note, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
2) What happens if I can't make it?
Our classes are considered an event an our classes fill up quickly. In an effort to avoid overbooked classes we do not offer refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL however, we do offer the option of letting you transfer your ticket to another person by simply contacting us and letting us know through email - paintnightswithsara@gmail.com
3) How can I tell if there is availability?
If you add a class to your cart there is availability. If a class is sold out you can send us an email to paintnightswithsara@gmail.com to get on the waiting list. A few days before class, we call all who have signed up and confirm they are coming. Any cancellations will be offered to the waitlist before going back on the website. Punch Card holders get moved to the top of the wait list. Just one more perk of purchasing a punch card. If you wish to learn more about Punch Cards go to https://paintwithsara.com/savings.
4) Confirming that I am booked?
When you purchase a paint pass online you will receive a receipt with the date and time. Your confirmation email with your order number will say order pending until you are in class, then we will full fill your order number.
5) If I have a punch card, how do I sign up for classes?
Our punch cards are a great way to paint more, for less. If you are wanting to use punches, please use the website https://paintwithsara.com/paint-night-classes/register-for-a-class-only-if-you-have-credit-pc-or-passes , if your having a problem please send us an email to paintnightswithsara@gmail.com.
6) Are you offering this paint night again soon?
We try to offer a variety of paint night options but we do have popular options that return. Please like our Facebook page, and check the website regularly to see what is coming up next. We try to offer the best service, and have classes up as soon as possible. We are a small business and it takes us time to create all the events. Thank you for your patience. We are open Thursday - Monday 12 PM -7 PM, and offer 7-15 classes a week. There will always be classes on most of these days. Rest assured, there will be classes to choose from. feel free to stop by and look at the upcoming classes, or request a class to be added to the calendar. We do our best to accommodate all of our clients.
7) Is tonight's class cancelled due to weather?
We try to keep our events going according to plan. If a class is cancelled, posts will be made on Facebook and you will be contacted through either email (paintnightswithsara@gmail.com) or Facebook messenger. Make sure you add your phone number to your registration as we call or text class updates as well.
8) Are the classes open to kids?
We have classes designed for all ages multiple weekdays and weekends. In the product description for each class it will say the recommended ages. Ages 16 & up can attend any adult class. Please consider the maturity level of the child before attending an evening 16 & up class. You will need to buy an additional ticket for the child.
10) Do you offer homeschool classes?
We love to encourage children to paint! We offer kids paint classes, monthly subscriptions, home school; courses, and art camps. More info can be found under the homeschool tab on the navigation bar.
11) Do you offer private parties or corporate team building parties?
We are happy to offer private parties for you and your friends! Simply contact us @ paintnightswithsara@gmail.com, with your request for a date and time. We offer a 10% OFF for all corporate parties and non profits. Paint Nights are the perfect team builder!
12) How do I sign up for a birthday party?
For birthday parties they just send an email to paintnightswithsara@gmail.com. The package Is $200 for 10 painters studio rental for 1.5 hours. Birthday parties do need to be paid in advance to hold date. If you have more than 10 painters, the difference will be taken care of the day of the party.
